“Across the globe countless numbers of women are suffering with health issues that have been misdiagnosed, ignored, or disregarded. Women have turned to searching online for answers only to discover that they are not alone.

    They are all experiencing similar symptoms.  These symptoms are adverse events from IUD use that have gone unrecognized. 

    The film Inner U Diagnosed investigates how information regarding the IUD and its side effects have been relayed from manufacturer to patient and asks the question; why, if properly informed, are women making claims that they were never warned of health risks.

     Is there a connection being missed between the IUD and its side effects?  Are women being properly informed of the adverse events of this form of birth control?”
